Summary: Newly-promoted Lieutenant McGraw expected action while stationed in the West Indies. This was not the type of “action” he was expecting, but John Silver is absolutely shameless about pursuing what he wants. Or, an excuse to write young James and young John thoroughly enjoying each other with no baggage attached.

This one TOOK ME LONG ENOUGH, but it needed a bit of setup and also there were a lot of interruptions. Hope you enjoy, anon!

(I see an about 8-10 year age gap between James and John, so in order to make it not-squicky, because complicated sexual politics on sailing vessels in the Age of Sail were complicated, Silver is 18 and James is 27)
