No one is talking about the fact that this man Connor stood in front of Hank making direct eye contact and said “I’m whatever you want me to be Lieutenant” as if that wasn’t the gayest thing I’ve ever heard with my own two ears

what would your thoughts be of a hank x connor tv show of just them investigating (android) crimes together?

rosewaterhag:

I would kill at least one man for it to happen.

Seriously, though: The potential. Hank and Connor’s relationship slowly developing – we’ve gotten just a glimpse of where it could go in the few short days that span the game, but really, what’s interesting as well is what happens after the end.

I have so many questions: How will Connor deal with Amanda revealing to him that he was built to fail, built to deviate? Is he truly free of her? Was the “emergency exit” permanent? Or will he have to fight his programming in the future? Where does Connor stay? What will he do? Will he just be able to keep on working for the police department and with Hank? And if he does, will the attitude regarding androids ever change at the precinct? It’s not just Gavin Reed who behaved rather questionably in Connor’s presence, but others as well, and public perception doesn’t change over days.

And speaking of Hank: Will he be able to keep his job? We know he’s received quite a few disciplinary warnings, so what will happen to him after he attacked Perkins? I doubt there would be no fallout at all, given that he was on thin ice with Fowler already. How will he cope with his addictions? The road to recovery – and I’m sure he would try to get better – isn’t easy. Especially since he seems to have built quite the habit over the years.

I’d love to see all that develop, the little and big ways in which they learn and grow with each other, both as partners at work and in private.

Nevermind all the potential murder mysteries that the two could solve in this pseudo Cyber-Noir-esque setting.

– Why did they make you look so goofy and give you that weird voice?
– CyberLife androids are designed to work harmoniously with humans. Both my appearance and voice were specifically designed to facilitate my integration.
– Well, they fucked up.

I love these guys, Hank’s just the best dad.
