Okay so this one totally turned into the next fic in “Any Port in a Storm,” which will be titled “Hard-a-lee” and is currently 2k words and about to get to the good parts. This is an excerpt, the full thing will be finished in a couple of days, I imagine.
Flint may as well have handed Silver a loaded pistol tonight. He did not know what could have possibly possessed him to say something so deliciously useful to someone so relentlessly manipulative. ‘I need your help’ was only the tiniest step away from ‘I need you,’ and Silver would have heard it in his voice. Flint had no idea when it had become that – when he had started leaning on Silver, counting on his support, not only using him but needing him as well. He had no illusions on the mood of the crew. If Silver brought them around on this venture, it would not be their love of Captain Flint that did it. His plan to give Silver the crew’s ear by showing them he had the captain’s had worked too well.
can we start a club for teenagers who were constantly complimented on their intelligence when they were younger and are now having trouble coping with the realization that they’re actually of average intellect at best
can this club have a support person that helps us to study because we didn’t need to before so we don’t know how to now

Sebastian to come back and date Kurt? It could have been so interesting. Like,
Kurt could be walking in the halls and see that sebastian is there too but now
he’s more relaxed and they start a friendship and it finishes as a quick
romance
What if Harry had the chance to go back and save Lee Unwin with the caveat that Lee’s survival means that Harry and Eggsy likely would never become involved? Could he do it? Would he do it?

He’d fucking do it and keep his distance. Because once he sees Eggsy starting to grow up with a positive male influence instead of Dean, he starts to wonder if maybe Eggsy only ever needed Harry to be a father figure to him.
He starts to doubt the romance of their relationship and wonder if he wasn’t just taking advantage of a vulnerable young man.
But of course that isn’t true.
And halfway through his teen years Eggsy starts following Lee to work to try and get a glimpse of “Mr. Hart.” And isn’t that awkward as fuck for poor Harry.
Eggsy is obviously a Hufflepuff (seventh year) and he’s damn proud of it. He’s fiercely protective of the first and second years, giving anyone who gives them a hard time a swift verbal beatdown. He knows his way with a broom and, of course, is a Seeker. He also once illegally enchanted a car to fly and made The Sun headlines. He secretly enjoys Muggle books and likes to read with Roxy, his best friend.He also has a crush on his DADA professor, hanging around after class to act like a cocky shit. His patronus is a pug.
Harry is the DADA professor, also the Head of the Slytherin house. A smooth and polite gentleman, he is easily respected. Once an Auror, now he is a professor. Unlike other Aurors, he has extensive knowledge of Muggle combat and weapons and carries around a sleek black umbrella wand. He was also voted as “Best-Dressed Professor” by the Hogwarts school journal. He has a soft spot for Eggsy, the Hufflepuff who keeps hanging back after class and flirting with him (he has to constantly remind himself that Eggsy is still a student before he does something unwise). His patronus is a yorkshire terrier.
